Gameplay Rules and Fair Use Policy

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pg999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law. pg999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
